I had a wonderful experience with the family running the hotel, they always made me feel at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions, including the leather markets and the Duomo. The room was clean, quiet, and had excellent air conditioning, which was great after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the beautiful cityscape.
The entrance procedure involving the doorbell felt a bit unusual at first.

Highly recommend for couples
The owners were lovely warm people and very helpful, made me feel like family. Plus, I had a little balcony with views of the Duomo, sipping coffee there every morning was something special.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but that’s to be expected in a place like this.

Lovely location—just a hop to the train station and main sights! The place oozes character, like a cozy vintage home, and we even extended our stay because we felt so comfy.
But oh dear, the plumbing sang at night like a karaoke star—I could've used earplugs! And the cleaning soap smell? A bit much for my delicate nostrils!

My kids wished for more space in the common areas.
